Please allow me to introduce to you one of my personal favorites, our Ethiopian Yirgacheffe. Grinding, brewing, pouring, and finally drinking this outstanding coffee is an utterly mind-blowing experience (Don't worry, it is safe to drink). Following in the style of most Ethiopian coffees the flavor profile of this bean makes it hard to believe that these robust and vibrant flavors could actually grow in a coffee bean and yet, here they are.
Tasting Notes: You will be utterly delighted as flavors of Blackberry and blueberries roll over your taste buds immediately followed by honeydew and watermelon followed up by an amazing enrobing of milk chocolate. This is really true, I would never make up things about such a treat for all of your senses.
We only use the highest grade 100% Arabica coffee beans from small farms in Ethiopia. We focus on direct and or fair trade in order to make sure that those who take care of us are well taken care of themselves.
